Stay away from this company. They are scammers and will continue to find many excuses for their SH!T service.
I am still waiting after requesting a refund from July so will keep posting till, I get this sorted. I have also sought legal advice as they have threatened to forfeit my refund because I cancelled due to non-delivery. Not sure what law covers them, but I certainly know what law covers me!

The worst platform I have dealt with . The product did not meet the claim and is extremely dangerous to use . They asked me to use n send a video demo which I didn’t do as I had repackaged . They insisted that I accept the Change of Mind and after a dozen back and forth and just to let this behind me I agreed to take 1/3 of the price and put the S!!!!y stuff in the bin . DONT buy off this platform as the customer service is none existent unlike Amazon who I regularly deal with!

scam from go , quoted a very low price for flights , went to finalise the cost was 150% more . Tried to cancel but keep getting nuisance from Agoda . hopefully my cc provider can assist. Avoid these scammers
