Review of Doxdirect UK Online Printing

Rated 5 out of 5 stars

Lightspeed on production and Quality is a winner too!

I ordered at 19:29 on Monday night, panicked, as I'd delayed SO LONG until I thought the deadline was impossible. I paid for next day production AND RM Tracked 24. The tracking says the product was delivered to RM at 00:40. All in, from order to delivery was 18 hours.

The quality is absolutely what I expected for the price, especially for a one off, and equally for something so filled with colour. The images are slightly stretched but that's absolutely from my side, because I had to stretch them to fit. The cover designer was incredibly easy to use, and the whole process from start to finish took me 5 minutes.

I will 1000% use doxdirect EVERY TIME I need something like this.

If I could give zero stars I would

If I could give zero stars I would. Poor customer service, device did not work as advertised even slightly. Poor connection on mobile, NO connection on larger devices. Nothing but excuses (which you just have to take their word for) about why there was a problem. Could not connect even 4 devices as it would fail. Using same provider (EE) on EE's own 4GEE device, I paid LESS for two weeks worth of data AND I get to keep the device! AVOID AVOID AVOID this absolute scam of an organisation.

Edit after response: The masts were not the problem, as mentioned; EE devices worked absolutely fine throughout the area. Do not trust this company.

Hello Travis Doe,
Thank you for providing us with your feedback, and first of all, we sincerely apologise for any inconvenience experienced.

This has been investigated , and I can see you contacted us a week into your hire regarding experiencing slow speeds, and a customer service team member had explained there were telecom mast repairs taking place in your local area. She had also explained she would have gotten a replacement device dispatched to you on a different data network, but the other 2 data supplies we use were also experiencing telecom mast failures at your local area at that same time also.

Telecom mast which makes internet communication telecom possible on portable internet devices are normally owned by major network suppliers in the UK. When their telecom mast experiences failure, it affects everyone on that specific network in that area whose device is communicating with that specific mast. There are tens of thousands of telecom mast in the UK, and Unfortunately we have no control over them or when they experience technical issues or get damaged. Typically the network provider that owns a mast experiencing failure would normally get their engineers out to fix the issues , and internet speed gets back to normal once the engineers in the local area has fixed the issue.

Kind Regards
