worst service anywhere, service goes out, which is very common, you lose everything,tv,phone and internet, calling for service you are talking to someone in a third world nation call center that speaks very poor hard to understand english to try and get a fix, if hard of hearing as i am TUFF luck .

this is a scam company who pretends to help set up brightspeed internet and phone service, person i spoke with sounded like he was in a call center,possibly in india,
after giving him information we relized how fake it was i hung up,
since than i have been getting scam emails stating this us the usPO and have tried delivering a package to call a certain number and scam emails about a past due student loan.
do not call that number,do not give them any information

worthless delivery drivers, every order has been with instructions to deliver to side door, the drivers seem to never check delivery instructions,
everyone is placed on the front porch with photos showing the front,
4 times we got email notice of delivery showing the front only to find porch thieves had gotten to them before we could, complaints to amazon simply get blown away with a it's your problem attitude.

TO BOOT we took out a amazon CC, only to find the numbers were stolen before we even got the card in the mail,

on april 14 2023 we get a email from a home depot store in toms river nj, 135 miles south east of where we do live, about a $440.00 online order and purchase we did not make.
the information used was my wifes name, real address ,even her cell phone number, and email address, using a AMEX card we do not have, for a person named roberto to pick it up.

contacting the store,we got a run around when we asked for HELP and told to call the police who would have to get a court order to view check out video and CC information and hung up on,
later calling HD to cancel our own HDCC,what a stinking run around with a help desk in INDIA .

we are done with HD forever

after checking my credit reports i found issues that come right from whoever started the stolen Id issue,
since i got nowhere with the selling store i went to the nearby store only to get a near same runaround save being given a phone number of 1800homedepot to call, took 3 try's to get through the runaround computer system of hit this key for this another forthat to get to their main service office only to be told the wait would be about 80 mins to talk with someone.
meanwhile my spotless credit reports are taking a hit
