Refund problem

I made a return of a small pair of shoes and the parcel was lost by the courier and I didn’t receive any refund. 🙁😤

UPDATE: Thank you for sending this over.
When a return is made, if our sellers do not receive a parcel, they will require valid proof of postage to show a parcel was sent to them to be able to claim with the courier for it. I can see you have been unable to provide this and it is our customers responsibility to ensure postage receipts are kept safe until a refund is received to ensure a refund can be processed.
Our customer service team have raised this with the seller to see if they are able to recover any proof of postage with the courier but if they are unable to do this, as no proof of postage to show a parcel has been sent has been provided, the seller may need to allow time for any parcel sent to reach them and be refunded. If the seller is able to find tracking for the parcel, they will ensure a refund is processed for you.

I order vaunt carabiner with 5 Keyring…

I order vaunt carabiner with 5 Keyring hex holder and I received only 3 but they solved the problem straight away. Good service.
