2 seater sofa with matching chairs, garden

I ordered a set of garden chairs with a matching 2 seater sofa, after being let down by The Range and having a disgusting customer experience,and I am so happy!
Exactly like the pictures, easy to assemble and look amazing in my garden. I am properly happy with my purchase, great price, brilliant communication regarding the delivery and a great purchasing experience.
I will definitely buy from this company again!

Absolutely disgusting and shocking

I ordered 3 items, a light shade to be sent by a 3rd party and then a wall mirror and a large, outdoor corner sofa which was marked at half price, which was a bargain! Within a week, I got the light shade. But a week and a half later, I got an email saying they couldn't send the outdoor sofa, as they didn't have enough stock but they said nothing about the mirror.
It then took them 10 days to refund my money, which I needed to use, to buy the outdoor furniture. So I had to wait 10 days before I could order something else, from somewhere else!
Once I got tge refund, I emailed to ask about the mirror and got an auto response to follow a certain channel yo ask about it. This lead to a stock response of, please log in, to check the status of your delivery.
I logged in but it said I had no outstanding orders. I emailed again, was given the same stock response. So I emailed again, explaining that there was no way for me to find out where the rest of the order was.
Absolutely shocking and disgusting, to keep my money making it impossible for me to but a replacement.
To then not be able to find out where the rest of my order was.
I will never purchase from them online again and I am instructing others to not do so, aswell.

All of the staff were really friendly…

All of the staff were really friendly and helpful. The dude that did my eye exam was amazing and actually listened to me. The lady who helped me to pick out glasses listened and helped me to find exactly what I was wanting.
All in all, a far better experience that I have received in other branches.

The course I did was easy to follow and understand what to do. In the lady week, I reached out to my tutor and he didn't respond, which was disappointing.
