Absolutely disgusting and shocking
I ordered 3 items, a light shade to be sent by a 3rd party and then a wall mirror and a large, outdoor corner sofa which was marked at half price, which was a bargain! Within a week, I got the light shade. But a week and a half later, I got an email saying they couldn't send the outdoor sofa, as they didn't have enough stock but they said nothing about the mirror.
It then took them 10 days to refund my money, which I needed to use, to buy the outdoor furniture. So I had to wait 10 days before I could order something else, from somewhere else!
Once I got tge refund, I emailed to ask about the mirror and got an auto response to follow a certain channel yo ask about it. This lead to a stock response of, please log in, to check the status of your delivery.
I logged in but it said I had no outstanding orders. I emailed again, was given the same stock response. So I emailed again, explaining that there was no way for me to find out where the rest of the order was.
Absolutely shocking and disgusting, to keep my money making it impossible for me to but a replacement.
To then not be able to find out where the rest of my order was.
I will never purchase from them online again and I am instructing others to not do so, aswell.
