Chinese trash! Luckily I paid through PayPal and requested a refund…got it within a few hours.
The company claims to have still sent the item however, if/when they do arrive I won’t consume them as God knows what they might actually contain!

Booked Afternoon Tea for my Husband’s 40th Birthday.
We were taken upstairs to the very chic, art-deco, suite. We had a wonderful waitress named Andrea, who was very friendly and chatty.
To our surprise, both the hot drinks AND sandwiches were bottomless.
Also, my Husband got presented with a tiny cake and candle (Fondant Fancy), with us celebrating his birthday.
Would highly recommend! I’ll definitely visit again!

Made a claim for a delayed flight back in July…had £850 put into my bank account last week.
You don’t get much communications from them and it does take time however, they do follow through and secure your compensation for you.

Returned an item and PLT acknowledged it had been received on 13th March- I was informed my refund would be with me by 22nd March.
22nd March has passed…no refund. After reaching out, I was informed my refund would be with me by 1st April. I have now received another email stating my refund will be with me by 9th April.
Be careful people…looks like PLT have no intention of giving me my money back at all.

Really enjoying the classes as new starter to this gym…been to lots of gyms in the past however, this one has the greatest selection of fitness classes…without a doubt!
I love how there are classes very early in the morning, so I can get up and workout before work.
Always very clean and tidy too.

Recently ordered a dress at £50…they’ve since emailed me to say the dress is out of stock and not sure when it’ll be back in. So instead of negotiating with me to see if I’d like a refund or gift card, they’ve taken it upon themselves to assume a gift card is a sufficient means of refunding my money! When I’ve explained I don’t want a gift card, would like my money back, I’ve been told they cannot cancel the gift card!

Citizens Advice Bureau and Trading Standards are now in the picture. I’m sick of these con-artists thinking they can steal everyone’s money.

STAY AWAY…DO NOT PURCHASE from this company!

They’ve even copied and pasted a 4/5 Trustpilot rating onto their websites to make them look like genuine, reliable retailers!

I have been blocked from all social media sites of theirs as I’ve complained publicly and they obviously don’t like that!

Booked The Dovecote restaurant for my Son’s birthday, everyone was very accommodating and helpful.
The food was beautiful and atmosphere just as good.
Simon and his staff were more than happy to help, regardless of being an awkward party…everyone paying separately.
Will definitely visit again to enjoy future celebrations.

We visited today for the bottomless cake and hot drinks.
The cakes were beautiful…but our eyes were definitely bigger than our bellies 😂
