Just had garage door replaced for an electric one. Mark & Paul arrived on time to fit the new door. The work was done very efficiently. The garage floor & around the door was cleaner when the job was finished than when they arrived. Future maintenance & operation of the door was explained very well.
Overall, from first contacting Crocodile to completion was very efficient & I would recommend them.

All of the staff within the store, were polite, & very helpful. You can tell, that they all love their job. It’s the first carpet company, that we’ve been to & not feel pressured. We were made to feel welcome. Our Salesman, (JP) had only worked there for a week. Without him sharing that information, you would never know. We felt confident, to let the Salesman show us, all of the things that we needed, in addition to the carpet. He also, didn’t try to sell us the most expensive carpet, underlay & door bars. He also, went into detail, to make sure that we knew, how the process worked. Trevor, the Estimator, had a cancellation & offered to come to our house, within half an hour. True to his word, he was there. Tapi has kept us updated on every aspect of the process. The carpets are a little bit more expensive, than in other carpet shops. But, it was well worth it, to pay it, for peace of mind. Within a week, we received an email, informing us, that the carpet had arrived & to contact the store to arrange fitting. So far, the process has been excellent & I’m sure that the fitting of the carpet, will continue to provide excellent customer service.
I would absolutely recommend Tapi to anyone.
