The website is very easy to use they have a great range of plants and other materials for the garden their plants are brilliant and great quality

i have had tests with this company for a number of years and have always found them to be excellent if something is not right they will always get in touch

they followed delivery instructions which is important to me as i cannot be there when delivered

i was not there when they delivered my parcel but i left specific instructions which i am pleased to say were followed

All plants came on time and in really good condition they have all come on really well

the order was delivered very quickly and the driver was very friendly and helpful

The young man who i spoke to was very helpful and friendly and he was very well informed

The phone came really quickly had a problem changing from my older phone so went to local Cex shop and washing given some advice which was very helpful

it was easy talking to someone she responded very quickly to my inquiry and it was sorted out very quickly really pleased

all my plants arrived on the days i asked for and all of them were in tip top condition they are all coming along lovely i am really happy with all of my plants, and it is so easy to order what you want website is really easy i have shopped with Brookside for 3yrs and will continue to shop with them

prompt delivery excellent condition and the price was good really pleased with it

i hade to call about my order and was told one of my items was not in stock at that time but they did not inform me of this so i cancelled that item the rest of the order was delivered within 2 days which i was very pleased about
