Attempted to use a photo booth located inside the cribbs shopping mall in Bristol. Once I'd input my cash the touch screen completely stopped working so I was unable to take the photo, after waiting a few minutes the booth decided to randomly take the photos on its own when I was unready. As the touch screen was still not working I was unable to select the retake option. The machine then proceeded to print out the completely useless photos. I immediately contacted the photo-me refunds department. I recieved one email asking for lots of information of which I provided everything. No responses since even ever sending multiple emails requesting an update. This was weeks ago.
