When I finally got the necklace it was very beautiful I was impressed. But the ordering process could be better and after I ordered I didn’t hear anything anymore of time frame nor a satisfactory confirmation of everything, on those things I usually feel a bit lost, I really felt somewhat unease and a bit anxious not knowing what I would get or when I ever would receive it, and then when the UPS had tried to deliver 3 times I finally heard the order was coming and almost had been shipped back back, without me knowing anything about it till it was about to late, wow . If the whole process from starting to finish could happen more openly and with more confirmations etc would make it much much better. Thank you though for order coming out at the end VERY VERY BEAUTIFUL AND SATISFACTORY!!!!
