To be charged £144 reduced to £130 when I questioned it and was told that I could have 10%OAP discount, was excessive to say the least for a job that took 20minutes and required no new parts. The engineer told me it was a highly dangerous job in dealing with the cable tension when putting back the roller in its correct position. I am in agreement with this but the charge is ridiculous. I thought this company had good reviews on charging. Certainly not based on my experience and I would not be using again

We are sorry to read your review and your comments on your recent experience with us. There was no call out charge and as with all bookings, prices are advised without obligation before any work is carried out. We also applied the 10% OAP discount as you state.
We are happy to provide a quote if customers wish to shop around, so really not sure what else we could have done under the circumstances. We complete many jobs every week with happy customers leaving five star reviews and sharing their positive experience. We are tremendously proud of our Trustscore and Excellent rating.
