price hike.

Received a reminder that my insurance for car hire ran out 14 February. I didn’t renew because I had no plans to hire a car.
Plans changed and I needed insurance from 30th March but the renewal had increased from £46 to £54.
You should look after your old customers.

Hi Derek,

Thank you for allowing us the time to investigate this. A member of our team will be in contact with you this afternoon to outline the refund you can expect to receive.

We immediately looked into this for you and note that there was a systematic issue which resulted in your renewal quote expiring and therefore removing your loyalty discount. This is certainly not what we expect. We have had this issue rectified and the few customers that had been affected by this have been manually refunded.

We are sorry for the inconveniences, and hope that this resolution is satisfactory.

Had to drive my car to Heathrow car…

Had to drive my car to Heathrow car park which was hard to find. On returning from holiday they brought my car too early and pressured me to leave car park quickly. When I got home I found a parking fine notice saying Heathrow car park fee hadn’t been paid.
Hotel was okay.

I recently ordered something from Amazon using the Pulse Credit Card. Payment was refused and I don't know why.
I expect a reliable service and that is not what I am getting.
