During the past week the whole energy of this space has really changed for the better. No bad energy seems to be present any longer. The manageress Charlotte and her team are doing a great job of dispelling negativity.

Massive respect to Charlotte, Aslam and the team at Pure Gym Beaufort Park with how they handled a recent incident. The situation was taken seriously, properly reviewed, and dealt with quickly and professionally. The aggressor was suspended across all Pure Gyms, which shows they genuinely prioritise member safety. I felt heard, supported and treated with respect throughout. Charlotte handled everything calmly and decisively. That’s real leadership

Went to this Gym for the first time this morning and my first impression was extremely positive. The layout, atmosphere and tidiness of this space was outstanding. This is a well kept Gym.
I met Sarah the assistant manageress and James who is a personal trainer. Both had very shiny attitudes and i could very well understand why the gym was in good standing. Sarah is the perfect assistant manager and James will surely be a great manager some day. I travel around the country a lot and i have to say that this is among the top 3 Pure gyms i have been to.

Yesterday i visited Clarks shoes at fort shopping retail park Birmingham. There is one particular type of shoe i have been buying from Clarks for 50 years, i know i was shocked when i realised. I had been buying the wrong size shoes for many years and had only just become aware of it. The trainee sales assistant and assistant manageress were so professional and attentive to making sure i bought the right size shoes. The service was outstanding, nothing was too much for Khanaf and Letiya. The assistant manageress Letiya was so clued up and obviously a boss! I must have been there for at least 45mins and ended up leaving there with the the most perfect pair of shoes. I felt extremely grateful for these 2 ladies kind service. They will both go a long way. Thank you ladies and thank you Clarks.

I visited PureGym at Ravensdale retail park Stoke on trent a couple of times recently and i must say i love the vibe of this establishment at Ravensdale.I also love the layout of the equipment,especially the Sledge Path. It is the first time i have ever seen the sledge path being respected at puregym,often the clients workout and do all types of other excercises on it except the sledge and they all leave equipment laying on it without any regard for its true purpose.The Sledge is a very serious bit of kit and excercise and should be respected as such.I love this gym and look so much forward to returning. TopGym!

As you enter the premises you can't help but notice the artistic and exquisite decor of this establishment. The staff are very smart, attentive and very professional.
The service was first class. I only popped in for a quick evening snack and was completely seduced by the quality of the Tarka dahl and mushroom rice, so much so i ended up ordering it twice.

PureGym is accessible 24 hours a day.Most of the equipment is good industrial quality. Most places are very clean. The clientele are decent and the price is reasonable.

Beaufort Park Birmingham has become a regular haunt for me these days, although i enjoy the overall facility of this gym, the men's toilet area is not given much attention. It's always the dreaded thought of having to attend the WC. It is never very clean and is poorly ventilated.

Today i purchased some comfortable shoes @Clarks Fort shopping center and the care and service i received from Sarah and Saida was impeccable. Thank you ladies.

I went to walnut street Pure Gym in Leicester today for the first time and appreciated how easy it was to park my car on the premises.The gym was spacious and had a good range of working out facilities.The Gym had a good vibe and i am looking forward to my next session tomorrow.

Over a period of 7 years with airbnb i have gathered a five star reputation with 24 reviews.Towards the end of january 2023 i encountered the host from hell who so happens to have a good reputation too,50 reviews over a 10 year period.This obviously was a difficult position for the airbnb management to judge and jury over.I was back and forth with management from the period of 24th jan to 7th feb contesting a review that was posted publicly against me.90% of it was untrue and i tried my best to get management to remove this review.To me it was obvious that the most diplomatic and best solution to this situation would have been to removed mine and the hosts review and therefore keeping both are reputations intact.Airbnb management refused to remove the hosts review, and remove mine.I was told that my review did not comply with their review guidelines so i then wrote a simple review response and airbnb has shadow banned my response from the hosts profile.I felt throughout the experience that airbnb was more interested in taking care of their Superhost over i the guest.I feel very disappointed with airbnb as i have always held them in high regard.

Although the initial arriving time was changed twice, i did not mind that so much, as i believed the AA were a very reliable company.I was not impressed when the serviceman tried to sell me a brand new battery when i knew full well that my battery was in good condition which i had bought quite recently.As he was fidgeting for what appeared to be a long period of time,i was thinking to myself,i wonder if he will say i need a new battery, and indeed he did.I told him very boldly that that could not be possible as i know the battery is good.He replied that sometimes when they go flat it kills them.I knew that that would not be enough to kill my very strong battery.He then brought out the charger, started me up and said yes you are right.I probably saved myself around £130ish .To me it was obvious he wanted to sell me a battery whether i needed a new one or not.this experience has cast a dark shadow on the AA which has left me feeling i will never trust another company again,no matter how nice and polite they may appear.

I love the fact that the gym is open 24 hours and it is clean for the most part with a wide variety of exercise equipment.It always helps when you meet friendly staff like Marta too.
