Website is misleading about parts compatibility

After contacting to QC manager my case was resolved. Thank's show for that. I wish support from first line be helpful same way as QC.

Website is wrong about parts compatibility many times. Fe windscreen wipers 2800011217280 are shown as fully compatible for C3 Picasso 2015 1.6 VTI, but in reality they don't fit (they might fit for C3 Picasso before 2010)
Shop charges you 10 eur for delivery of part that doesn't fit and charges extra 10 for return. And offers paid service to check compatibility.

This is what they reply when you complain about not correct information and request return:

Please note that the final check for compatibility is possible only with the help of the so-called OEN (Original Equipment Number).

The description of our products only contain their technical specification and cannot guarantee their compatibility with certain vehicle. Before placing an order, you should check OEN indicated in the description of the corresponding item.

As well you do not have the safe order option therefore return is at your own expenses.

But they don't show OEN for article in request :)

So we will mislead you, but we don't care and YOU have to pay for our mistakes. Very bad service

Website is wrong about parts…

UPD: order was placed via partner, but they show info directly from autodoc website and process order via autodoc. And autodoc website as well is incorrect about compatibility so it's a valid review about autodoc as well

UPD2: yes, after leaving review I got email from quality control person and we found solution. Unfortunately their usual support was unhelpful and unfriendly

I’ve ordered a pair of shock absorber…

I’ve ordered a pair of shock absorber springs. Both showed in stock when ordering and no warnings were shown. Order delivery was promised latest 24th of October. Order was not sent on time and only when I contacted support they told that one spring is out of stock. I asked for order being cancelled and money back, but I was refused because “ item was specially procured for your order” whatever that means. They offered to ship missing part from other warehouse and now it appears that it is out of stock there as well. And it will be back in stock middle of November earliest. It makes no sense to get half of order as I need a pair and I’m refused to cancel order and get money back. It’s absolutely bad service and customer experience.

UPD on their reply: one piece was sent at the moment of order from Japanese warehouse, before that it wasn’t sent. Imagine you have a broken car waiting for 2 parts at certain time and the narrator you get this endless waiting and promises. Only possible right behavior from show was to inform in the very beginning that one part is out of stock and ask do I want to wait or cancel order. Which they didn’t. So I’ve spent money for nothing, I still have car broken and have to wait more. And shop is just giving excuses, without any responsibility for showing wrong stock info and braking promises

To complete your order, we offered to specially procure the second spring from Japan at no additional cost to you.

The item from the UAE has already been shipped, which is why cancellation is unfortunately no longer possible for that part. The tracking number is available in your personal account.

We are doing our best to dispatch the second spring from Japan as soon as possible. However, if you no longer wish to receive it, please let us know - we can cancel that part of the order and proceed with a refund.

Tickets are issued to time different than booked

I’ve ordered tickets for 13:00, but booking was made for 15:30, which leaves much less time for visiting, because place closes at 18:00. Also, support is automated and doesn’t understand questions so it is impossible to reach normal support and solve issues

Refused return is not sent back and no money back

After sending shoes for return shop refused return and didn't send shoes back - they say I have to pick them up at warehouse in Spain! So I paid money for product and now shop refuses return and refuses to send item back to buyer( to me). This is 100% scam and fraud and a violation of customer rights.

I bought a pair of Columbia shoes

I bought a pair of Columbia shoes. Firt time I ordered 46 size, according to official Columbia size chart. When I received them they apeeared to be much bigger, +2cm to my foot size. Then I ordered 45th size, and that pair a bit tight. That shouldn't be a case with original Columbia shoes, their sizes line is pretty ok and has reasonable steps between sizes. I never experienced problems like that with other Columbia shoes bought in other shops. I suspect Deporvillage sells not original Columbia shoes. I cannot return second pair, as this issue was found after some time of using them. I strongly do not recommend ordering anything at Deporvillage.

UPD: I contacted customer service as suggested. They said that this is not a warranty case and it doesn’t fall under return policy so I cannot return shoes as usual. Very disappointing
