I came here to share my experience of buying a TV with dead pixels, but all I see are bad reviews! Why didn’t I check Trustpilot before buying the TV 😔
I bought a TV that had dead pixels. I requested a return, and they just sent a confirmation email. It’s been over two weeks of follow-up to get the TV collected, and every time a new person in the chat tells me they haven’t received any response from their internal team!
Don’t buy from this webshop. The customer support is terrible!

I rented an apartment from this agency for 2 years. When I checked in, the owner left the apartment in a filthy condition, without cleaning anything. A representative from the real estate agency took pictures of the problems, such as the unusable oven and stains on the bed headboard (I have all these pictures).
To clean the house on the first day, I hired a professional cleaner, even though it was not my responsibility. When I checked out, I cleaned the house because I had heard they might try to deduct from my deposit. Despite my efforts, I received an email claiming that the stains on the bed headboard and the unusable oven were caused by me, although I had provided evidence to the contrary.
They still haven't returned my deposit, citing the owner's decision. I don’t understand why they are playing this game or who benefits from it (the real estate agency, the owner, or both).
