sent my phone in October. Still haven’t heard nothing. Tracking number isn’t correct from the post office label they sent to me was used and was sent to them. They have no record of me applying for sending my phone in WHEN I HAVE THE PAPERWORK. Avoid at all costs they have got a free phone, have to wipe the phone before it goes to them which is a scam as I believe it is there with them and I cannot mark it as lost or stolen as I no longer have my Apple ID on it, their cock up and will not accept responsibility I am now out of pocket majorly.
