Absolutely disgusted
Absolutely disgusted, I placed an order on the 27th august and I still haven’t received my order which was a personalised necklace. I’ve emailed them, WhatsApp messaged and emailed again yet I’ve been ignored time and time again, they’ve ruined my experience as a customer, their service is appalling. And every time I asked for a refund… I got ignored. Disgusting. Avoid custom gifts at all costs.
