Eons to repair defective equipment

Eons to repair defective equipment, Defective shower and no hot water - again. No one seems particularly bothered staff wise.

Hi Jon - Thank you for taking the time to leave this review, we always appreciate and take on board member feedback. We would like to apologise for any inconvenience caused. We would like to assure you that we are reviewing feedback and will ensure this is addressed in club.

Staff do undertake regular maintenance checks and work hard with our equipment providers to ensure that our equipment are fixed as soon as possible, if any should be broken. We are equally as disappointed when this happens and sometimes need to wait on engineers but will have all equipment in full working order as soon as is safely possible. If you have any concerns about equipment, please notify staff on site as soon as you can. Thanks, PureGym.

Appalling and incompetent service

Appalling and incompetent service. If you are unfortunate enough to use this firm, pray that you are not allocated Kenny Crowther, whose 'qualifications' are still a matter of mystery. Very poor service, awful communications, apparent ignorance of the law, failure to answer questions effectively, the list is almost endless. We were urged to satisfy ourselves that the terms of the lease on a property met our requirements - so what were we paying them, as alleged experts for? I had to get independent legal advice on a clause in the lease which contradicted what ' Kenny' had told us and months on, the mortgage lenders took the same view. Utterly useless! Avoid! One star awarded and they do not merit even that!
