Honestly awful
Honestly awful. I don't like to leave bad reviews, but I had a really bad experience with Fever.
We had a really bad water leak in my flat, we were unsure if the emergency plumber would be gone in time for us to attend the experience.
I simply asked if there was any possibility we could change the time or move the date, explaining my situation.
The two customer advisors I spoke to (had to speak to two as response was taking a while) agreed that my circumstances were exceptional as this was an unforeseen event and an emergency.
However fever refused to help and suggested I gift my tickets to someone else instead. The experience started in an hour, and none of my family live nearby it. How was that a good response?
Thankfully we made it in time for them to let us in, but fever's conditions really are awful for there to be no form of help for exceptional circumstances. I won't be using them again for purchasing tickets because there really is no help if something goes wrong.
