Wandsworth Decathlon is atrocious. I paid a lot for an electric bike which has had issues. Every time I've taken it to the store, I'm told by staff that they don't have the bit needed, so they would order it and let me know when arrives. However, twice this was promised but it never happened. Trying to call the shop is pointless as no one ever answers the phone. Very disappointed. I wish I never got my bike from this store.

It doesn't work nor fits properly. Really disappointed with this product. When I bought them they said we could return within 90 days, but this isn't true - I tried and got a negative response. Don't buy...
The men that came to fit the foam where really considerate eg taking dirty boots off and tidying up when they had finished. Whilst I felt a bit hassled in to agreeing to have this, so far I'm glad I did.

The two men that came to put up the insulation foam were very polite and regarded my property. They put sheets down to reduce mess and then hoovered afterwards regardless. Emma who sold me the product was great and gave me time to think about whether to buy or not with no hassle. Haven't been up to attic to look yet, but was shown photos.
I saw this in a newspaper, but didn't know it existed. I've registered my phone and bike now so hopefully if there is a theft, I'd be able to protect them. Thanks.

Having them registered on Immobilise will increase the likelihood of recovering them if they are stolen. It also simplifies the process of making an insurance claim and filing police reports should you need to.
There is really only one class I enjoy - Circuits and unfortunately there are only 2 classes a week that I can do. It's a shame there are no classes on Saturdays.
Other than this I feel the showers should have non-slip surfaces as they could be dangerous.
It was a quick delivery. Just wish there were different strengths for the cigalike, which I couldn't determine.

I love this bike, especially the uphill boost. I wish level 1 was a bit easier to ride though. More often than not I have to use level 2. Locking it with a D lock is more complicated because the frame is so big, but it feels much steadier than my previous bike.
