Do not waste your money. This machine is consistently frozen and the customer support blames it on the customer. We installed a router in the room of our gym and the machine consistently resets. we also have tonal with zero issues. buy tonal.

I’ve owned climber for almost 2 months and the software and screen continually freeze and reset the entire workout.

Want to do a 20 minute workout? Well it will take you about 55 minutes because you’ll have to reset the system every eight minutes.

I filed the complaint with the customer service and all they could tell me was they would extend my return by 30 days and maybe hopefully they would work out some software bugs.

I still have two weeks left to return this heavy lump of iron plastic and slow technology. The company has great customer service until the machine gets to your home and then you are on your own. Your better off buying a rolex and feeling like you didnt waste your TIME and MONEY
