Staff Experience

Staff I spoke to were very friendly on the phone or in person. However trying to get an appointment face to face was a bit dificult - it wasnt very clear if I should make the appointment or if it was to be a referral. In the end I had to make the appointment face to face my self.

We found Paul very friendly and helpful - he had great knoweldge and answered any questions we had with great ease and in a friendly manor. I would and have recommend this service to our friends and hopefully they will be in touch.
