I went to collect my parcel enter the 6 digits code provided and the message came up saying it's not recognised,and should scan the barcode. There was no barcode. I called the number given on the screen for help, but didn't get help.
Then I entered my phone number as requested than asked to give the 6 digits code number that eventually worked. So i was frustrated by this.

The parcel arrived on time and in good condition.
Easy to collect.

I'm quite disappointed and angry.
I recieved my parcel torn and with splash of beetroot or blood penetrating to the clothes inside.
The bag was sticky horrible to touch.
This is terrible and annoying.
Can I get an explanation please about this incident.

I recieved a warm welcome by Eloise
as it was my first time to visit the gym. She offered me a seat and sat down to find out how she could help me. This helped me to relax and felt respected. She found a personal trainer for me, Lawrence who was fantastic. We had a good chat on what I was looking for and how he can help me. He was professional, understanding and knowledgeable about his job. He showed me around the gym and he was very reassuring that I will be able to reach mg goal.
I am impressed with all the different machines I would like to use. I think I chose the right gym.
