A week since placed order. No delivery yet.

I received an email that my online order was ready for collection when I went to the store. It was not ready for collection so I just bought a product that I had ordered online directly in store and the staff they told me they will cancel the order, but later after three weeks, I got an email saying that thanks for collecting the order and I did not get my refund as well

Bought 4 plants in store in june2025. They grew well but when flowers came up at the end of July 2025 ,2 plants had different from what I bought. When I called customer service they say it’s not their fault and that it comes from other plant companies . So I told them it’s not my fault the plant is not what it was supposed to and I paid higher price for the climatis multi pink and the climatis I got was having different flowers. So then they say bring the receipt which I did not have any more or the plants back for refund . Both the plants had all grown and the climatis was on the trellis . But wanted me to pull it out and get or they won’t do anything. Now they have asked to send pic of the plant and they will see what they can do.
Last year I did online order and they sent me broken plant and when I complained they won’t do anything about it.
Never buy again from there.

Quick delivery and best price for the product I bought than other stores

The album prints were terrible. Would not recommend for anyone. I have done albums before and was happy but since last three orders I would never do it again

Not good quality at all. Looked like computer prints binded into a book. The album does not even open well. Need to hold the pages to view. Waste of money.

I have done albums with snap fish several times and the first album was impressive. But with time the quality is getting worse. This was my fourth or fifth order and the album is horrible. The pics are come so dark and looks cheap.

I have ordered before from snap fish and the albums were good but this time the albums are with very poor pic quality
