So I have a chipped tooth and I went to the dentist that was recommended to me. So I had the treatment I have been left worse than when I went in, now I was given a prescription which was written by the dentist assistant, then the dentist proof read the prescription gave it back to me and sent me to the front desk they also looked at it and gave it back to me, I went to the chemist to get my prescription and they said that the prescription hasnt been filled out proper by JDRM so I will have to go back to get it done properly. I then called them and explained the error that was made by 3 Members of their staffing team and asked if they could pay for my transport as I am on the minimum amount of benefits and I cannot afford another 1hr and 40 min travel. It was expensive ( to me) the first travel. Receprion said they spoke with the manager and He/She said no they will not pay for my travel, when I asked to speak with the manager the manager said they are not going to talk to me. So I put a complaint in and I haven’t had a resolve in over 4 months it’s disgusting as now it is hard to get another dentist, I do not trust this company as they displayed poor professionalism from the start. The only reason I gave 1 star is because you cannot write this review without adding at least one star or they would have got 0. Stay away from this company they are rude, uncaring, definitely don’t have peoples skills, your better of waiting with your initial pain until you find a better dentist as they make things worse and then refuse to ascertain for their Errors.
