Excellent service. Always very helpful on the phone. Realistic direct debit for gas/electricity use based on actual usage. Easy to manage website.

Half hourly updates while waiting for the patrol was reassuring. The patrol was cheerful, polite, efficient, knowledgeable, informative and helpful.
