Feedback.

I love this gym, the only downside is how busy it is at peak times.
I do have some advice, throughput the socials for the Heanor PureGym Insta page. They ask for feedback Fridays. I work in Continuous Improvement and I believe that it's brilliant that you ask that question. But feedback is only as good as the output. It's great that through socials you ask that question but nobody sees the output of the feedback. That loop is never closed. I believe you could take the customer service even further by showing how you are using the feedback to drive actions and that you are listening. That you are not asking for feedback to tick a box. I think that would take the customer experience to another level. Love the business and facilities.

Hi Sean. Thanks for taking the time to leave this review! We want to provide our members with a safe space in which they can get a great workout in and do so, in a clean and friendly environment.

We’re afraid it's true, our gyms simply are very popular and so can become busy especially at peak times, but this does fluctuate throughout the day and from day to day.

Members can also use the members area via the PureGym app or website, to see how many people are in the gym.
