Energie Fitness Eltham

Energie Fitness Eltham, I am very disappointed, been trying to cancel membership, sent numerous emails, forms, nobody replied, even though they reply to any other enquiries without a problem, somehow when it comes to cancelling membership I was told they have 'backlog'. I DO NOT CARE if you have a backlog or not, I requested my membership to be cancelled I won't wait longer and I won't pay one month more as I was told by member of staff, I gave you 30 days notice and my membership must be cancelled, I will request a charge back from my bank if you take my Money From Feb onwards. UNAACEPTABLE!

Very late delivery

Very late delivery, no info to why, time slot was between 3 and 5 pm and parcel arrived after 8pm. Absolutely worst.

Absolutely worst nightmare, purchased a product, cancelled order, payment not refunded, pay in 3 plan still active and zero communication! Everyone stay away! Scammers and liars.

This is the worst system I ever worked…

This is the worst system I ever worked on. Not intuitive at all, customer service barely resolve issues and tickets raised. Every time I check my sales orders prices keep changing and returning to original, discounts do not work. It stops working and it is difficult to navigate.
