I'm hoping someone from Printerland reads this. You sent me a Kyocera printer without sending me the sheet that contains the user and password to log in. Without these the printer cannot be used with WiFi. That's what I got this new printer for - WiFi connection. I need some help to sort this. Sort it well, and I'll give more stars.
Update: Printerland supplied a showroom Kyocera printer with its credential label, but I still couldn’t log in despite guidance. They acknowledged the difficulty and arranged a brand‑new, unopened replacement, complete with password sheet and invoice, Frustrating start, but ultimately resolved fairly and professionally.

My firm is dormant. I registered to secure the name of my firm. I got a letter by post informing me that I have not delivered my accounts for 31 December 2024, But, since that time I have had no email notices and no notice of a filing penalty. Nothing about late delivery of accounts until the other day in the letter. I must deliver the accounts before 17th October. I'm, hoping that means I will not incur a penalty if I do that. It's not entirely clear. EDIT: And now today I cannot file accounts because of some technical problem. Sheesh!

chatGPT is not at all bad - technically. But, you do get fictitious data at times. Why I've given only 2 stars is the less than good customer service. It seems a techical issue is not being escalated to human intervention. Oh boy. contacting support, you think you eventually get to talk to a human and not a bot. I just found out the "Mary Gem", is not human, but a bot. Which does not escalate to a human. Sheesh! EDIT: Persisent memory was not saving stuff. It now is. So, the fault is now fixed. Good, but it took some effort to get there.
Review of Proprint
I've always bought my compatible toner (TK18) from ProPrint and never had an issue with delivery. Always came fast. (Although I should add, I am a bit concerned though about my latest order. Not received anything about it being despatched yet). EDIT: Parcel came, quite swiftly. Possibly a tad later than normal, possibly because of the Chritmas period. Still happy with ProPrint as my toner supplier.

Hi. I posted a negative review (1 star) and it turned out it was my error. I deleted it. But I could not post any more on the thread, to correct my first post by posting a follow up comment. That's weird and a measure TrustPilot's platform inadequacy IMHO. As to NewDay: I'm not sure who is responsible, but I got stung with a late payment charge arising from an Amazon credit card. I previously had changed my email address with Amazon, but this was not followed through with NewDay. So, notices for payment were not going to the right address. That amounts to an adminstrative error. Happlily NewDay refunded the £12 charge, which ought not to have been charged really. Because of the administrative error. Gets 3 stars because of this incident. But not entirely sure who was to blame for the error. (I mean was it Amazon or NewDay that failed to make sure change of Amazon email made it's way to NewDay?)
