The hotel was voted the top rated country house hotel for three consecutive years by Wedding Dates, and it was evident why. The wedding packages were well thought out and designed to minimize the worry of working out the costs of the wedding. The couple was able to tailor their wedding to their specific needs, and if they needed a quote for any ideas they had, the hotel was more than happy to provide it.
The ceremony took place in the hotel's historic building, which provided a beautiful and romantic backdrop for the event. The Garden Temple was also an option for the ceremony and it was equally stunning. The couple was able to perform their Wedding Ceremony, Civil Partnership, and Renewal of Vows in either venue, which gave them the flexibility to choose the perfect location for their special day.
The reception was held in the Cawthorne & Lawrence Ballrooms, which were able to accommodate up to 100 day guests for a Civil Ceremony followed by a traditional Wedding meal and up to 180 evening guests. The ballrooms were elegant and sophisticated, providing the perfect setting for the reception. If the wedding was larger, the hotel had the availability of extending the guest count up to 200 day guests and 300 evening guests by utilizing both ballrooms.
The Rose Room was also available for smaller, more intimate weddings. It held up to 28 guests for the ceremony and wedding meal and was perfect for a more private and personal celebration.
