Great platform to get into fashion

This service is great, it basically unlocked fashion for me as I started to try different stuff not worrying about making a mistake - good quality items here are easy to find without breaking a bank and selling is easy.
A few things I wish Vinted improved:
1. Dropshipping and counterfeit is blossoming on the platform. I got into this once and then I learned how to distinguish a fake ad from an authentic one. If I can do this, I'm sure there's a way to automate this
2. PostNL shipment option would be great to have in the Netherlands. It's usually much more accessible for Dutch people than Homerr or Mondial

Poor customer service

Ordered a rug, didn't get any updates on the order for a week. Called them, they said that my order is stuck with transport company and they notified me about it (they didn't). After one more week I email them - no answer. After one more called them - they say the same. Apparently they got busy with my order only after my calls. Two days after that I get a refund. I email them if I can reorder the carpet and expect it delivered - no reply for a week already. So:
- No communication on delays
- No urgency about a delivery. They could have sent a rug to me some other way while they investigate the issue with previous one, but they haven't
- No follow-up after cancelation

I'm not glad with the experience, but they might have good rugs

Worst customer service

Worst customer service I've ever encountered and it's not an exaggeration.
I have not received my order for 19 days. When I wrote them first time, they'd responded that order will be dispatched "very shortly" without explaining a reason for the delay. When I asked them for it, they'd gave me nothing but "technical issue" explanation, which is as good as nothing, and promised me to ship it "as quickly as they can", which means nothing as they've previously committed to 4 days delivery and failed to fulfill this commitment. When I wrote them the third time and asked them to provide an elaboration on "technical issue", they'd just ignored me and haven't replied ever since. I tried to call them, but their phone number is not available. I used a live chat on the website, an agent told me to wait for an email and it has never arrived. I've approached them on Twitter and said that unless they solve the problem until today, I will cancel the order. Today I emailed them that I want to cancel my order and, very shortly after, I got a response from Twitter account, that they've passed my cancellation request to a responsible department. It's almost like they wanted me to cancel it and it's a straight nonsense.
