Experience on ordering internationally

I placed an order for 4 items on Dec 6, 2025. I got the email that my order had been shipped on the 10th. The package arrived in my country, Finland, on the 22nd so pretty quickly! I got a notification from my post office the next day saying that I need to clear it through customs. I tried to do it but it asked me to fill an IOSS number. Google told me this 12-digit number is usually found on the company’s order confirmation email. There was none. I tried googling it but found nothing. I then emailed Velvet Caviar to provide the number to me.

Back and forth we emailed and I waited. I had 20 days to clear the parcel through customs from the day it had arrived (they knew this). VC’s response to me was that they need to forward the issue to their specialist team. I emailed them again Fri 9, 2026 to remind them the deadline for clearing the parcel through customs was next Monday, Jan 12. I waited till that day for their email. Nothing. I decided to fill out the form again without the IOSS number since it wasn’t mandatory. But guess what — more obsticles! The customs (Finnish Tulli) website was under maintenance and I couldn’t fill the form. It said I had to wait till the next day. Next day came and they continued the maintenance even further, till Jan 14! At this point I started to lose all hope that I’d ever receive my package. Normally, when you miss the deadline they return the parcel to the sender.

Through Mon-Tue I called both Posti’s (Finnish post office) and Tulli’s customer service 2-3 times. The happy end result on Jan 13 was that we filled out a separate form (made for businesses) together with a lady from Tulli… on the phone… while I was at work. Btw, she told me that companies usually don’t share the IOSS number so it’s best to clear the parcel through customs without it and thus, pay the VAT again, and then afterwards ask for a reimbursement from the sender. So that’s what I did. Luckily, VC apologized for the inconvenience on their part and reimbursed the VAT that I payed twice (first when ordering and second when doing the customs).

I just wish VC had told me straight from the beginning they don’t have an IOSS number or they don’t want to tell me it. They never told me the reason why I never got it from them.

4 stars for beautiful, sturdy products, but one star off because of inconsistent customer service.

Tilaa vain sitä, mistä olet valmis maksamaan!

Toimitus sujuu hyvin, mutta ilmainen palautus (kun se on alunperin luvattu) ja rahojen takaisin saaminen on periaatteessa mahdotonta. Myyjä eikä AliExpress suostu hyvittämään edes 10-15 € arvoisia vaatteita, jos ne eivät istu tai niiden laatu on huono. Ainoa vaihtoehto, jonka antavat on palautus niin, että joko ostaja maksaa (eikä palautuskuluja hyvitetä) tai myyjä maksaa MUTTA vasta, kun on ensin ostaja itse maksanut monta kymppiä euroja palautuskustannuksia Kiinaan. Ja vaikka olisi sovittu niin, että palautuskulut maksetaan takaisin ostajalle, kun paketti on saapunut takaisin Kiinaan, monesti käykin niin (mitä olen kuullut ja lukenut), että sovittua rahanpalautusta ei tehdäkään. Mitään pre-paid return labeleita et tule saamaan. Onneksi itse en ole isoja summia tilannut, mutta en turhasta tietenkään haluaisi maksaa — varsinkaan, kun en todellakaan aio noita kyseisiä vaatteita ikinä käyttää. Välttäisin hyvin kaukaa kyseisen sivuston, ellet tilaa jotain todella halpaa tai tuttua tavaraa.

Vinted rikkoo omia sääntöjään

Aivan p4ska sovellus ja vielä paskempi asiakaspalvelu. Säännöissä sanotaan, että väärennöksiä ei saa myydä, mutta kappas kummaa, kun niitä on pilvin pimein myynnissä ja yrität ostajana ilmiantaa niitä, niin vastauksena tulee joka kerta, että ilmoitus ei riko minkäänlaisia sääntöjä, joten mitään ei asialle tehdä. Mutta arvatkaapa mitä ei hyväksytä ilmoituksissa? NÄYTTÖKUVIA tuotteista, jos haluaa näyttää miltä esim. paita näyttää mallin päällä, jos itse ei halua omaa kehoaan käyttää kuvien ottoon. Ihan yks sirkus pelleineen koko Vinted.

Don't recommend.

Was surprisingly disappointed with the quality and fit. All the leggings fit very oddly in the glutes, especially if they have some sort of contour or scrunch effect on them. Returned everything.

Highly recommend (especially for Europeans!)

I made a big first-time purchase consisting of XL Adjustable Parallettes / Dips Bars, Statics Bar, Universal Door Pull-Up Bar, and Wooden Gymnastic Rings 28 mm. I live in Finland and the delivery to my home took around 2 weeks. No extra customs and duties payments btw! Major points to Gravity Fitness's customer service; they reply super fast both on social media and email, and are always ready to help! I realized my order was missing the gymnastic rings but the customer service sent me another pair immediately (this Monday) which made me so happy! In the beginning I also had another issue with UPS telling me I needed to do customs clearance and pay for it but that was solved quickly by contacting GF :)

Their products seem to be more affordable compared to other calisthenics brands but they don't look cheap or function poorly at all! Assembling them is easy as well once you figure out what to do (I always need proper instructions to follow, and luckily YouTube had good videos to follow along).

Expected more from a known brand.

Nothing wrong with the customer service, shipping, or the company itself, but I found their products to be of low quality. I ordered multiple items of tops and bottoms and none of them didn't seem worth it :( Only one pair of seamless shorts were kind of nice but they had a zippered pocket on the back which threw me off a bit... I hate it when I lie down and there's a zipper pressing against my skin. Also the pocket was kind of pouchy and noisy. The inside was not soft material.

Vakiosivusto shoppailuun!

Alhaiset tähdet ja useat huonot arvostelut tulivat täysin puskista itselle. Olen itse ollut Zalandon käyttäjä jo vuodesta 2015 lähtien eli kohta yhteensä 10 vuotta. Itsellä kaikki tilaukset ovat aina tulleet perille. En muista, että olisi ollut mitään ongelmia ikinä. Kuitenkin yhden tähden jätin pois, koska toivoisin, että tuotteiden yhteyteen lisättäisiin arvostelumahdollisuus. Monesti tulee palautettua tuotteita, koska tuote onkin ollut materiaaliltaan kehnoa tai istuvuus ei ole ollut odotunlainen. Tämä vähentäisi turhien tilausten ja palautusten tekoa.

Sadly, it’s a scam!

Listen to the previous reviews! I wasn’t smart enough to come here first and check the reviews but I should’ve. I thought ludwig.guru is a trusted website because it very often comes up in my Google searches. DO NOT TRUST!

I subscribed to the 15-day trial, got an email congratulating me for getting it, but now when I go to my profile, it says ”Free Limited” and ”Go Premium!” Whenever I try to use any premium features I get an error message. The funny thing is though, when I access the website on my phone it says ”14.99 € monthly, status: trialing”, but I still can’t use any of their features.

The email I got after subscribing said ”Do you have questions? Just reply to this email, we’ll be always happy to help.” Well guess what. When I reply to it, my email notifies me the email address is incorrect. I found TWO OTHER email addresses (one from their terms & conditions and from their Facebook profile). I emailed to those and we’ll see if I get any response because I want to cancel my subscription.

Another scetchy thing is, there is no unsubscribe button anywhere. And there is no ”contact us” form or email anywhere. It has to be found by the customer on their own. It is CRAZY! All I wanted was to check and correct my thesis paper for my studies.

I do not trust this company at all. And you should not either.

Ps. Now I when I am writing this email and was just about to hit send, I noticed below it asks me if I want Trustpilot to contact ludwig.guru about my review and it mentions their email address where it will be send. Well, this email address again is a DIFFERENT ONE!!! So there is now 4 different email addresses for ludwig.guru but who knows if any of those even work. Great.

Edit: I tried sending an email to that email found on Trustpilot, and my email again notified me it’s an incorrect email. Listen Trustpilot, the email you have, doesn’t work!

Customer service needs improvement

DELIVERY: I’ve ordered shoes twice directly from Pleaser USA and each time the shipping to Finland was different. The first time it took 4 weeks and the second time a little over 2 weeks. Tracking the order was smooth and easy with Route. My only wish would be that Pleaser USA offered a free shipping also to international customers for example when the order exceeds a certain amount. Otherwise the shipping is quite costly.

QUALITY: I own a pair of Sky-1020 (ankle boots) and Flamingo-808 (ankle strap sandals) shoes. The other heel of the boots was crooked when I unboxed them. You can also see glue on the shoes. The sandals arrived in a perfect condition. I use socks around the platforms to protect the shoes from scratches etc. and so far there’s none. Hope to see how long they last with regular use.

CUSTOMER SERVICE: I contacted the customer service about the crooked heel and unfortunately their reply was ”This automated notice is to inform you that we have reviewed your defect inquiry, and we have found that it is not eligible for a refund, credit or replacement. This means we have determined that the issue you experienced with your product were not caused by a manufacturing issue. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.” I am not satisfied with this but cannot really anything about it I guess. Also other times when I have contacted Pleaser USA customer service I have felt like they are bored with their job because the replies are short and lazy and they mostly ignore my questions. Once I attached a size chart I found on Google (not Pleaser USA website, but the picture had their logo on it) to the email asking if it’s a legit one, because it showed the actual insole lengths in cm or inches. Pleaser USA website only has size charts that show shoe sizes, for example US 9 or EU 39, but this was not the information I was looking for. I asked them if the size chart found on Google was correct and/or if they could provide me with one that had the insole lengths either in cm or inches. None of this was acknowledged or answered in thei response. In their email they simply told me to go to their website and check the size chart on a particular product. Well, I already had… So I had to order the shoes trusting the reviews from other people on how the fit usually is. Luckily it worked. But funny thing is that the boxes the shoes come in, tells not only the shoe size but also the insole length. So finally I got the information I wanted, but I do not understand why they cannot put this on their website as well.

RANDOM PROS: Extra points for the loyalty program which lets you pretty easily gather some points for future orders! Also really like the fit and width of the shoes (especially sandals) without having to buy their wider width shoes.

Myyminen hidasta ja kallista

En muista, milloin rekisteröidyin Zadaahaan, mutta siitä on jo useampi vuosi, ja tähän mennessä (11/2023) olen myynyt 58 tuotetta. Myynnissä on tällä hetkellä 44 tuotetta.

PLUSSAT: Myynnin, ostamisen ja postituksen helppous. Koodilla lähettäminen tekee postituksesta vaivattoman. Tykkään myös siitä, että omaan profiiliin saa lisättyä omat kokotiedot, joiden perusteella ostajat voivat verrata vaatteiden istuvuutta omaan vartaloonsa.

MIINUKSET: Sovellus ”refreshaa” tai päivittää sivun joka ikinen kerta, kun editoit tuotteita tai siirryt toisesta sovelluksesta takaisin Zadaahan, mikä on todella ärsyttävää. Monen vuoden myyjänä ja monen tuotteen myyjänä olisi ihan huippua, jos Zadaa palkitsisi vähintään minunkaltaisiani myyjiä aktiivisesta sovelluksen käytöstä esim. promokoodeilla, joilla saisi ilmaisia toimituksia itselleen säännöllisesti. Minulle oli aika shokki alussa, kun sain tietää, että uutena käyttäjänä saa koko aikana käyttää vain yhden ja ainoan promokoodin, eikä niitä enää saisi lisää edes silloin, vaikka myisi tuotteita. Ehkäpä suurin miinus Zadaassa on se, miten järkyttävän ison osan Zadaa ottaa ns. välistä, kun myy tuotteen. Muita miinuksia on toimitusvaihtoehtojen vähäisyys. Minusta on kummallista, että niitä voi valita vain kaksi, esim. Zadaan toimitus ja nouto, mutta ei esim. Zadaan toimitus, nouto ja kirje, sillä esim. monet korut voi lähettää halvemmalla kirjeellä, mutta osa ostajista voisi silti haluta Zadaan toimituksen tai noudon. Lopuksi voisin vielä mainita myymisen hitauden. Osa tuotteistani on ollut myynnissä jo about 1-3 vuotta, ja monessa näissä hinta on matalin saatava eli 5 € (tätäkään en ymmärrä, että miksi alin hinta on 5 €). Hintoja alentelen säännöllisesti, mutta se ei hirveästi innosta, sillä Zadaa ottaa lopulta niin suuren summan välistä kuitenkin, ja monet eivät halua myöskään maksaa 5,50 € toimituksesta.

Hyvät tarjoukset, semipitkä toimitus

Tilasin kaksi tuotetta ti 7.3. ja paketti saapui ma 20.3. eli n. 2 viikossa. Ajattelin jo viikon sisällä, että nämä eivät ikinä saavu, sillä sain useamman sähköpostin Lookfantasticilta, että paketin lähetys on myöhästynyt. Lopulta paketti sitten saapui jopa 3-7 päivää etuajassa. Tuotteet saapuivat ehjinä ja muutenkin moitteettomina. Hyvät tarjoukset sain ja alennuskoodin käytettyä. Suosittelen jokaiselle, jolla ei ole liian kiirettä vastaanottaa toimitusta :)

Tietyt tuotteet "worth it", toiset eivät yhtä paljon.

Otin useamman Hairlustin tuotteen ensimmäistä kertaa testiin 25.8.2022. Tuotteet olivat vanhemman sukupolven tuotteita.

1. Hair Growth & Repair Shampoo for Curls: shampoo kesti minulla 4 kk, mikä on todella pitkä aika. Hiukset pesen 2 x vk. En tiedä oliko se shampoo, diy hiusöljymaskit vai molemmat, mutta tuotteen (kuten muidenkin) aloituksen jälkeen päänahkani kutina katosi täysin. Hilsettä minulla on edelleen satunnaisesti, mutta TODELLA vähän. Olin myös yllättynyt kuinka hyvin shampoo vaahtoutuu, vaikka se ei sisällä sulfaatteja. Suosittelen!

2. Hair Growth & Repair Conditioner for Curls: Tästä en osaa sanoa kummempia. Minulle on aina hoitoaineet olleet vähän sellainen "onko hiukseni oikeasti sulavammat pesun jälkeen vai ei??" -asia. Varmasti toki ehkäisee mm. takkuja ja hoitaa hiuksia luonnollisilla ainesosilla :) Tämä taisi loppua hieman shampoon jälkeen.

3. Curl Recovery & Protection Mask: Tästä vähän samat fiilikset kuin edellisestä. Ei tästä siis haittaakaan ollut tietenkään!

4. Curl Activator Cream: Tämä oli pettymys. Kokeilin vain kerran ja hiukseni jäivät todella tahmaisiksi ja jähmeiksi. Mahdollisesti en vain osannut käyttää oikein. En ole sen jälkeen edes uskaltanut kokeilla, koska en halua juuri pestyjä hiuksia pilata.

5. Hair & Scalp Detox Scrub: Tämä oli tosi kiva tuote! Tämä saattoi olla myös yksi syy päänahkani parempaan kuntoon.

6. Scalp Follicle Treatment & Volumizer: Tämä on minulla edelleen melkein täynnä. Olen sitä käyttänyt nyt joka pesun jälkeen, mutta vain muutama suihkaus riittää, niin ei tämä hetkessä lopukaan. En osaa sanoa tämän vaikutuksista, koska hoidan hiuksiani myös esim. öljyillä (esim. rosmariini). Tuuheuttavasta efektistä en omissa hiuksissani osaa sanoa myöskään, koska hiukseni ovat luonnostaan paksut ja tuuheat pesujen jälkeen. Kuitenkin, testasin poikaystäväni kosteaan päänahkaan pesun jälkeen ja olen aika varma, että tuote teki aivan uudenlaisen tuuheuttavan efektin hänelle!

7. Anti-Frizz & Hydration Pre-Shampoo Hair Balm: Tätä minulla on vielä vajaa puolet jäljellä. Käytän kerran viikossa. Tuote yllätti siinä, miten jämäkkää se on; aivan uudenlainen koostumus minulle. Ehkä vähän hankala levittää koko hiukseen. Tästäkään en osaa sanoa, millainen vaikutus ollut kokonaisuudessaan.

8. Scalp Massage Brush: Ihan yksi lemppari hiustuotteistani! Suosittele jokaiselle :)

9. Pure Bamboo Pillowcase (valkoinen): Olen käyttänyt kerran. On pehmeä, mutta ei ehkä niin kiva kuin silkki. Tämä mielestäni myös kerää pölyä tai muuta "tavaraa" ilmasta ja ihosta.

10. Bamboo Turban Hair Towel (valkoinen): Tätä taisin kokeilla vasta kerran, koska omistan myös mikrokuituturbaanin, jota käytän enemmän. Tämä bambuinen versio on kyllä tosi paljon kivempi ja pehmeämpi, mutta aion ottaa sen käyttöön vasta, kun mikrokuituversio on ns. kulutettu loppuun.

Asiakaspalvelusta tosi paljon kehuja! Ennen tuotteiden tilausta kysyin, mitä tuotteita he suosittelisivat minun hiuksilleni, ja sain todella ystävällisen ja kattavan vastauksen :)

Products: good. Customer service: bad.

My review is more about their customer service than the products. I have only tried one of their products (SAFE BLOCK RX ZINC TONE UP SUN [ROSY BRIGHTENING] sunscreen for the face) and it did its job. But, the customer service or should I say, the lack of it, is the worst I have ever encountered. I emailed MISSHA the first time on March 9, 2022, about the product's expiration date. I emailed mymissha[at]beautynet.co.kr and they never replied. I gave up on that but now on January 7, 2023, I emailed them again. This time, I emailed all these different emails: misshaglobal[at]beautynet.co.kr, support[at]misshaus.zendesk.com, support[at]missha.zendesk.com, help[at]misshaus.com, info[at]misshame.com. The only email that replied to me (luckily in less than 10 minutes!) was info[at]misshame.com which is from MISSHA ME (Middle East, Dubai) Facebook page (not surprised they take care of their customers compared to others).

The emails mymissha[at]beautynet.co.kr and misshaglobal[at]beautynet.co.kr are from their Korean website or Facebook page. The emails support[at]misshaus.zendesk.com and support[at]missha.zendesk.com are both from the SAME website (MISSHA US) but on different pages. On misshaus[dot]com/pages/contact-us they tell you to email support[at]misshaus.zendesk.com and on misshaus[dot]com/pages/faq they tell you to email support[at]missha.zendesk.com. The American MISSHA also has a THIRD email address which is help[at]misshaus.com that you can find on their Facebook page. WHY SO MANY DIFFERENT EMAIL ADDRESSES?!

If emailing them doesn't work for you, you can always try to message them via Facebook Messenger. All countries (and many others) have their own Facebook pages. The only companies that emailed back to me were MISSHA Dubai and eventually MISSHA US (support[at]missha.zendesk.com). The latter didn’t even know they were selling the product mentioned above.

Avoid

I bought the Front/Side Split Flexibility Program from Nina Strojnik, and I gotta say I am not impressed. I have a background in dance, yoga, and weight lifting, and I got a horrible lower back pain from the beginner moves already. I am not really a beginner anyway, I am already quite flexible and mobile, but I wanted to improve that and I trusted that Nina has knowledge on the subject.

The videos and poses rotate daily. They are so damn repetitive that it gets boring after a while. Repeating the exact same movements with the same intensity almost every single day, for sure, will stress out your muscles. I noticed the lower back pain first time after a few weeks while doing the movement where you bend forward with legs and back straight and arms spread beside your body (kinda acting like airplane wings), and then you would bounce and bounce and bounce. In the beginning of the program I never felt any discomfort. After a few weeks it started and slowly increased in intensity. At the end of the beginner course I couldn’t perform anymore. This was around November. The pain is still there but with rest and help from a physiotherapy it has gotten a little better. The whole December I was aching in pain whenever I would rotate my lower back, sit, change my sitting posture, pick something up from the floor, walk while carrying a backpack at the same time…etc.

I emailed Nina about this and her email was not-so-empathetic:

I cannot agree with her on the beginner program’s “easiness”. It is very intense. Also, Nina doesn’t really provide any tips on how to perform the poses to prevent injuries, for example. She doesn’t consider people’s different backgrounds or anatomy. All the movements are done knees extended, with a straight back, and bounce.

Another con is that the videos are many times recorded far from her and from the side which means sometimes you cannot see the placement of her feet for example.

I would not pay for her products anymore. I rather watch her free tutorials on Instagram or YouTube if I want to. The exercises on there are pretty much the same and sometimes even better. Nina may be very flexible, strong, and mobile herself but that doesn’t make her a great teacher automatically, unfortunately.

I did get more flexible a little when doing forward folds but now I can’t do them anymore because *drumroll* my lower back pain caused by the many forward folds and bouncing. So two stars because it makes you somewhat more flexible, although you gotta be careful.

Simply not worth it

I placed my order on August 10, 2022 and received it on August 25. I bought the Silke Hair Wrap in the color ”the Sofia”. Its price then was 60,95 € + customs duty 18,29 €. Yikes. I learned from that experiece that ordering from the UK to Finland can be hella expensive. I have to agree with others on that the price is way high for the quality of the product, even though it is silk (22 momme). May I also add that someone here said it is NOT real silk, after all… but who knows.

The hair bonnet is quite large, though I don’t think it is too big to wear, especially if you have a lot of hair like I do. When it comes to sleeping with it, I don’t have a lot of experience on that yet to share my opinion. If I remember correctly, it has fallen off a bit during the night, but that’s pretty common with silky/satin hair bonnets.

The inside of the product is in fact rough material, not silky smooth like the outside part. I am not sure if the rough part is still silk or not, but it is kinda stupid when you think about it. The product is supposed to care for your hair just by being made of silk, and this is what they also try to sell to you! If I wanted rough fabric on my hair, I would’ve bought cheap synthetic satin.

One last thing, I have noticed some loose threads hanging which is not what I expect from 60-80 € priced SILK product. And I have barely even used mine because I always sleep on a silk pillowcase. The wrap is only used when I travel (which is not often!)

All in all, I would buy the cheap knock-off from Amazon instead of this, or not buy one at all and just invest in a high-quality silk pillowcase, vegan and organic hair products, do weekly hair oil masks, as well as not wear harsh hairstyles. Three strars for decent delivery time, fast customer service, and effort.

Bring Serendipity Wrap Push Bra back in white!

I must say I am pretty surprised by the negative reviews here. Since the beginning, I have been very impressed by Stacci. I have bought two sports bras, one pair of shorts, and three pairs of leggings. The bras are my ultimate favorite out of the other sports bras I own, and I wish they brought the style back. The shorts I bought as well as one of the pairs of leggings I did end up selling because they did not hug my thighs and glutes as I would have liked, but other than that they were all nice.

Why 4 stars? Even though I highly recommend the company, I did have an issue with one pair of leggings (Calista). The butt scrunch seam broke after a few uses, and those leggings were actually my favorite. On the positive side, I did get a same-value gift card after doing a reclamation. Besides, the refund deadline had already expired many months ago, so I am very pleased with the solution.

P.S. I am officially from Finland and normally order there but the problematic leggings I ordered while I was traveling in the USA, so the refund policies might be different depending on the region.

P.P.S. I have never returned anything.

Don’t order more than 5 times or you get banned

Where do I start. I have always been a loyal customer to Gina Tricot. Their products are many times a hit or miss. Quality can be either really good or really bad, usually the latter. This time I found really nice knit dresses and some shirts, and ordered some. I get them, but realized the knits were a bit too baggy, so I wanted to order a smaller size. Well, the next day after my order I got an email saying that my order has been CANCELLED. The email was an automated one where it said the products ordered were already bought by someone else but me. I contacted Gina Tricot and I got a reply from their customer service (I originally wrote the name of the worker and then only the first letter but they don’t want to be transparent. Surprise? No.) saying ”We have received two order with order number XXXXXXX and XXXXXXX from you. However, our system has registered an unusual number of returns from you where you have returned all ordered goods. You thus have an unusually high return share of your orders and as this can be seen as an abuse of the right of withdrawal and from an environmentally friendly perspective, we have chosen to cancel your orders. It will not be possible to make a purchase via the website during the next year and we therefore recommend that you visit our physical stores instead to check the fit and quality. There you also have the opportunity to ask the staff if you want to know something more about the garment before making your purchase in the store.” I tried to negotiate with them and ask more questions, but got pretty much the same reply again “You have made a total of 7 orders and have made a return of 6. It will therefore not be possible to make a purchase via the website during the next year and we therefore recommend that you visit our physical stores instead to check the fit and quality. There you also have the opportunity to ask the staff if you want to know something more about the garment before making your purchase in the store. Have a good day!”

The only thing regarding this on their terms & conditions is “Gina Tricot reserves the right to cancel orders when the right of withdrawal/return policy is misused.” Absolutely nothing else! They have stated terms and conditions for returns but nothing about returning too much etc. And I haven’t violated any other policies regarding returns etc. Also, the customer service lied to me. I had made 5 successful orders total in my whole life from them; 3 LAST YEAR and 2 this year. M counted also the orders that they JUST CANCELLED. I made them 2 times because they got cancelled and I tried to order again. I was so confused. Out of those 5 successful orders, I had kept items. I don’t just order stuff and return everything.

Also, I told them I had to change the size of one of the knits. I still have the first order here waiting because I wanted to try the smaller size. She couldn’t care less. I questioned her about environment and sustainability. She claims I violated their return policy and it’s bad for the environment. That’s bs from them. They are a FAST FASHION company. They produce trends every week on their website/stores. They could care less about environment. This is about money they lose every time someone makes an order with free shipping and then returns their products. They lose money and don’t win any either. They are money hungry. Too bad they have a really bad customer service. Rude. Arrogant. Indifferent.

They told me to walk to a physical store and ask help from the seller like I’m an idiot. When I go to a physical store I don’t need advice from the sellers. I know my body and size. A WEBSTORE IS A DIFFERENT THING, MARTINA. Is there just air in your brain?! I told her there is only one store in this small city, and everything I want is sold out. Even on the website they are sold out all the time. And she thinks I have a better chance taking two buses (1 h drive) to a shopping mall??? Not everyone has the time to shop in a mall. We live in modern times where literally almost every one shops online—for a good reason! Don’t tell me to walk to a store when I can order.

I just feel so unappreciated as a customer. I feel unheard. My voice was never listened. Gina Tricot never gave me any heads-up that ”hey, you have been returning a lot lately, and we wanted to let you know that if it keeps happening, we have to cancel your next orderd for the next year” or something like that.

No. They just flat out ban you. While you still have a fresh order at home. I am going to keep 2 very expensive items from that and they banned me. I wanted to change sizes, but they banned me.

People who are new to Gina Tricot: please, trust the reviews here. They don’t lie. Only the people working for GT lie. The customer service sucks. They think they are superior to every one else. They treat their customers based on how much money they bring to the company.

Not impressed

The delivery to Finland took around a week if I remember correctly. I ordered the 'Power Zip Jacket' in black and size S. The hoodie/jacket was really nice in all other areas except in sizing. According to the manual measurements, my size would've been XS. However, the Fit Finder gave me the size S. I wanted to trust the latter more, but it was a HUGE mistake. The S was more like an L. Women's Best should incorporate reviews not just in the food products but also in the clothing. I wanted to return the jacket but didn't want to pay 10 € for that. It's crazy that first you pay for the 7 € shipping and after for the return. Luckily, a person online wanted to buy the hoodie from me for a decent price.

I also ordered their 'Vegan Protein' powder in the flavor vanilla and had big expectations. I was so disappointed. I mixed the powder both in my overnight oats and regular cooked oats and omg the flavor is sooo artificial. I don't even want to try mixing it with water or milk *insert the puke emoji*

I honestly had so high hopes for this company especially after seeing so many famous fitness influencers promoting their products.

I would maybe give them another chance IF they changed their returns to free or waaaaay cheaper. Three stars for the nice quality of the hoodie and nice packaging, but the rest of the stars I'll give you when you put reviews box in the clothes and fix the return issue. Thanks.
