Dermstore runs sales on Skinceutical products, so I get my products from them instead of a dermatologist.

I got this filter since my stylist recommended I use bottled water to wash my hair. My hair health improved, but warming bottled water and washing hair with it is a chore, so I decided to give this filter a try. My stylist can not tell the difference now if I wash my hair with bottled water or using this filter. My life is much easier. P.S. We have a Culligan whole house filter, but this filter made all the difference.

FEP Blue Shield Dental - I have $19,000 in outstanding claims from an in-network dentist beginning April through May 2025. BS insists I have other coverage that is primary which is not true. I have to "prove it". How can you prove something contrary to what's in their systems? I personally pay for my BS Dental premium, have received nothing but headaches, and hours, days, weeks on the phone with them. But no more. I'm going with another Dental plan in 2026 that is not BS. Ironically, my dentist is dumping them too.

The floral arrangement I ordered and the one that was delivered was not even remotely similar. No one contacted me to say they could not fulfill the order as described. We are not talking one or two filler flowers. There was not one flower in the selected arrangement that found its way into the delivered arrangement. I am so embarrassed. I have to contact my daughter-in-law and apologize for the shabby arrangement she received for her birthday.

The website could use some improvement in the user interface. The navigation can be confusing getting back and forth to view the cart. It did not always work consistently. At one point, a pop-up box was displayed for "enter your email" for a discount. Well, you already have my email. That's how I got to the site. What made it worse however was that I could not close the pop-up box and I had to exit the site altogether, then click on the link in the email again. Overall, it's not a bad design, but it could be better.

It's been about two months and I have not received the book. When (if) I get it, I'll reconsider my review.
