Thoroughly enjoy the classes.

I have loved joining and attending the classes, which has really helped me through a challenging time in my life.

I really enjoy the 45 mins GLC with Pira Coren on a Tuesday, great variety and challenging at the same time.

We do our very best to provide a wide range of classes, so that members have a variety of ways to workout and also do so, in a short amount of time, as we understand some members are crunched for time or just prefer shorter (but effective) workouts.

The products are fantastic but shame porridge not in more shops!

The products are fantastic. All my children have loved the formula. It’s a shame that the porridge isn’t available in more shops as I added it to my subscription thinking it was going to be included every time and it wasn’t, therefore I’ve had to buy a different brand!

Delayed delivery

Was disappointed to have received my order 6 days after ordering it.
