I had to return an item worth 1300 kr that I had chosen to pay with Svea, unfortunately. It was refunded with a coupon that had to be cashed out in person. There was no way to get the money returned to my bank account, but for a fee of 50 kr, I'd get handed out a pile of one hundred notes. Do you remember those pieces of paper that were used in the early 2000s? I generally like the concept of receiving goods first and then paying, but uhh, not like this. Webhallen is not able to deliver even if the product page claims that the supplier has it. Weeks keep passing by and new dates are promised until suddenly the customer service reveals that the delivery date is unknown since 3 days ago. Well, it would have been fair to update the order status, at least. Interestingly, the product page continues to claim that the supplier has one. Probably to attract new orders even if they have absolutely no sight of the product.
