How to have a an enjoyable rental experience

This rental car company seems to have a policy of making dealings with them stress free and even enjoyable.
I travel large parts of the Western world and can say they're alone in that achievement.. I now sing their praises far and wide. Congratulations , you're unique in what you do! A*****

Formerly fantastic, now on the way out

Formerly fantastic, now effectively useless..
The warning should have been when they thought they had become WISE... they may have dropped the Transfer but have an invisible Un tagged to the front.
1.Accounts I have transferred to have now disappeared from my options.
2. Transfers I have initiated from accounts I have used for 4 years are no longer accepted (apparently they're not mine.)
3. Telephone support has gone. try and find it.
4. Chat support no longer appears... it's grayed out
I wonder why 3 & 4 have occured.. Too many irate users???
5. Unresolved email tickets (see above 1 & 2)... six months
6. Cut n paste responses to follow ups to the above..
Not even on subject,
Welcome to a business who's moved to AI and theyre doing really well....... it told them so

Yes... Back at the same page that offers no phone details, no chat option and a limited range of "whats your problem" in the drop down boxes... and then Offers to solve your problem with limited cut n paste suggestions...
Come on (Un)Wise... surprise me and phone me... You have my number. :-)
