Very Disappointing

Ordered a Hoodie to gift my brother in law (07-10). It did not arrive as promised on 15-10 at the latest. I practiced patience, asked my neighbours and only emailed them on 18-10 to receive a reply today 21-10 telling me to wait 'a bit longer' until the end of the week before they would send a new item. As it was meant to be a gift, It feels bad and needless to say, it is far beyond the service I expected/had hoped for. I would have been happy to pay for tracked postage to make sure my gift was time.

* Added on 29.10- It would have been great if you actually would have prioritized my new shipment (express with TT as customer service had promised by mail). We have 2 more days to go this month and after 23 days...i have not yet received anything!

Onefit- Urban Sport #customerfail #serviceFail

Being a Onefit member I could not enter my membership management space anymore. I wanted to know If I can still pause or cancel my membership due time through the app in case Urban fails to deliver so I asked a through the webform and they just cancelled my membership not having read the accompanied message or verifying anything! They now can't undo and I am ofcourse 'welcome' to resubscribe for a 50% price increase.

Careful- There's no service here!!

No idea on the quality of the courses but after initial contact about refund request they never followed up. So be aware because they don't adhere their own policies.
Add- i have sent yet another email as reply to your message.
