Fido and Rogers are the worst

If I could give Fido a 0 rating I would. Was forced to moved to them when current company was bought out. Service progressively got worse and customer service was non-existent. Now that I'm with a better provider, I can't reach a customer service representative to get a refund of the last bill. My account has been closed for 3 months and no sign of getting my money back.

Do your research before proceeding.

My experience started on a positive note but turned sour pretty quickly. The sales rep was able to get us everything we needed at a reasonable price. Delivery of the appliances went well until I connected the machines. A brand new washer didn't work, customer service refused to accept responsibility and would not give me a chance to explain the problem with a supervisor. Upon calling the store back, no response from the sales rep and no call back. Maybe we just had the lucky experience, but has made me question the customer service from what we thought was a reputable company. Should have gone with someone else.

CAS does not sell refurbished appliances.

As such, we have no way of knowing if an appliance is defective.

The meals seem to be decent so far

The meals seem to be decent so far, but recent changes to their menu has made me disappointed in the meals as well as packaging. The new "compostable" bags go directly into the garbage since that is not an option in my neighbourhood as I'm sure many others would agree. The company says they are now shrinking 25% of their packaging footprint, but that is only if every item is composted or recycled. I'll be looking at other options for meal plans.
