This company is a scam

This company is a scam. They have twice fraudulently taken money out of my account.

In fairness, despite the rather dodgy way in which my details and monies were taken, I was impressed by the speed with which they have agreed to stop doing so. I wait to confirm that this really is the case, but assuming it is, they need to be applauded for their efficiency.

That said, do not use this company unless you want their concierge service – which apparently is fine. Don't enter any credit card details unless you want to pay 79 euros a quarter.

Generally very clear website and efficient reimbursement

Very clear website and efficient reimbursement when I made the wrong booking. That said, the mistake I made was in part because filling in the dates was fiddly (for a technophobe who was trying to multitask) and the site a tiny bit clunky. All-in-all, though, it was a very positive experience.

Even for a technological imbecile like me, the site is easy to use.

I was an idiot, and, when changing a booking, got the dates wrong. I noticed within the 48 hours and corrected my mistake. I was impressed by the easy reimbursement to wallet. But do be aware of the tight dates for correction and the fact that you don't simply get your money back: it goes into a wallet. I was still delighted.

Excellent jeans as always

Excellent jeans as always. I have always flitted between FatFace and Levis, but feel that the latter have declined in relative quality. FatFace jeans remain comfortable, hard-wearing, a good fit.

Fantastic product and brilliant service

PC specialist provided a gaming computer for my thirteen year-old to exactly the specifications he had chosen. The service provided was amazing. Throughout the production, they kept me informed, and, when my son initially had a couple of small problems, there were immediate and helpful answers that explained – in non technical language – how to resolve them. The pc and the customer service were both outstanding. Thank you. One very happy teenager, and a happy parent who doesn't have to deal with teenage grumbling.

I regularly use Mediterranean Direct. They sell outstanding products, pack everything brilliantly, and are very prompt in their delivery. I also use them to send presents to friends and family who are always impressed. I have lived in Italy on and off for much of my life and can testify to the quality of what Mediterranean Direct sell.

Excellent service after initial hiccough

I was originally mildly annoyed when my instructions about delivery were overlooked and a huge flatbed arrived to deliver a ton of Cotswold stone up a narrow drive. (I wondered whether anyone had read my instructions.) It was clearly never going to work. When I eventually spoke to someone to clear up the problem, a charming and helpful member of staff sorted everything out, and the delivery was despatched. Mild frustration followed by outstanding service.
