I am writing this review from the USA. My Dodge/Mercedes Benz 3.0L, V6 Diesel, sold actually as an RV in the USA, a Winnebago Product, developed a short in the ECU. The OEM is Bosch for the MB, but unfortunately this part has been discontinued. Bosch will only repair via authorized Bosch Service Centers, NIL in the USA, and lacking coordination, leaving me in a real lurch. I researched throughout the USA, made multiple contacts, researched and read review, contacted MB and Bosch directly, before locating Cartech. Fortunately, for me, and YOU, Cartech offered a turn-key option, pick up, clone, and delivery of an ECU, plug and play ready, at the best price on the internet, not to mention having the BEST reviews. I found many comparable services, much more expensive, and not rated very well. From my first contact with "Tom" I was literally assisted throughout the entire process. What a great company, people, and service. I am writing and sharing this with others, who may find a need for similar services, at a great price with some assurances of services, especially those, like me, located outside the UK.

my advice is file your complaint with the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau against Gemini Trust LLC. I waited from Jan to today to get my money out of this crooked company and only after filing the official complaint. And then they automatically closed my account (which is fine with me).

waiting on the infamous verification since the end of Jan 2021. It is now March 29. Multiple emails. I have now filed an official complaint with the Consumer Financial Protection Board -- I suggest you do same. We need a collective litigation effort.
