Don't do it

I have been on eBay since the very year it started. I haven't sold much recently, but my last eBay selling experience was literally the worst experience I have ever had. They determined the product needed verification, then ultimately showed me. The total cut would be 30%. They sent the item back, put the wrong address on it and now it is floating around Federal Express. Everything about the process was awkward, outrageously priced and support is almost impossible to come by. What was the eBay I originally knew has turned into an overly controlled overly regulated discount store with Few to no employees. Steer clear there are 1 million other places to sell things.

The work is superb!

The work is superb, and they give you several design options to choose from with your input. It really is a fun experience and the detail and craftsmanship is really beautiful. Hand painting is so accurate it's almost hard to believe. I will 100% get another pair! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This was the simplest process in over…

This was the simplest process in over 40 years. The kiosk makes a tremendous difference although two others traveling with me had difficulty using it, one was unable to change the credit card that was credited. We did not need to see customs which never really made sense or seemed worthwhile unless someone was claiming an expensive piece of jewelry. The process was fast and the credits came Within a week. The offices in Italy are ridiculous it's a terrible idea and I can't imagine that keeping the money in the country is worth people standing in line for a American Express we really can't do much here have a nice day scenario. I would shut down in five seconds and I would never do that. It's clear putting the money back in your hands While still in the country is the goal. I can't imagine the number of people that don't get a validation then get recharged and freak out. It's just all Problems.

I almost never leave reviews when the service and the product is fantastic. I probably should but I’m more likely to leave reviews when there’s a problem. That said: THERE IS ALMOST NEVER A PROBLEM HERE. The products I’ve had are great. Delivery has been on time. Response to any issues has been timely. I’m a tough critic and this is a 10. Enjoy.

I continue to be amazed at how reliable…

I continue to be amazed at how reliable this is! Everything I’ve gotten it terrific, arrived in perfect condition and on time. The wagu steaks were the best I’ve had. They really have this down perfectly.

There are some very good and bad aspects.

There are some very good aspects and some not so good. For buyers, I only buy conditions listed as “pristine” or “no visible signs of wear”. Good deals can be had. As a seller, the descriptions are often incomplete. The pricing is vastly inconsistent. The automated discounts are timed to be deep and swift, you often get a very small fraction of the original estimated price. “Protected” items are sometimes not protected and discounted. Items can sit for a very long time and requesting a price adjustment can take forever. The best items to sell are top luxury brands in excellent condition or limited editions. Vuitton always sells well and fast.
