I have ordered last week before the holidays but still haven’t received any tracking number. I have reached out to the customer service via WhatsApp, I was promised that it will be shipped last Friday (30/05). Up until now it has not yet been shipped nor updated. I thought they are quick to reply.

I am glad to have found them! I really loved the fact that you can customize it depending on your aesthetic and budget. One of our wedding rings is a tad big and we need to return this for resizing. It was easy to do so.

I wish we could have visited their showroom as well! Looking forward on next purchases!

We have ordered the Klarenbeek set last December and it was delivered to us around the 3rd week of February. We really love our furniture. Just note that the coffee table is a lighter than what I expected. They delivered it to us but unfortunately they also do not help you to unpack or even dispose with the boxes, but it was not really a big deal for me. When we started to assemble our dining table, we noticed that there was a chip where you need to fasten the screws. That is why we reported it to them and they have replaced our table last 3 March. So far it is really in dead the cheapest one we could've ever find but the quality is good. We only have received compliments ever since with our furniture set.

Curtains looks great and very good quality. Very responsive customer support. Only down side was they missed to ship our curtain and we need to wait for almost a week longer for it.
