4 months and still no delivery

4 months and still no delivery!

I ordered a sofa in May and still no delivery. There is no phone number for the company either so impossible to get hold of.

Avoid this company.

AVOID AVOID AVOID

If you are looking for a disastrous and stressful weekend away, this is the company for you!

We booked an exciting hen weekend away with this company back in January for a hen weekend taking place on 9th July.

With 2 days to go and excessive ignored phone calls and emails, we were finally sent the complete itinerary.

With more than enough notice to book "a fabulous 5* hotel (2 guests per room), two course Italian Meal, bottomless brunch and guest list entry to various clubs" at a cost of £265 per person (travel excluded) this was the very opposite of what this company had booked for us.

A "fabulous 5* hotel" consisted of 4 adults (1 double bed and 1 sofa bed) in a apartment hotel (which was never cleaned) for 2 nights!

A two course Italian meal which was PIZZA EXPRESS!!

We had to call various restaurants to see availability for this to be changed (a group of 12 ladies with 2 days notice for a Saturday night was near-on impossible). However we found a very nice restaurant that we asked the company to change for us. They insisted they wouldn't do this but however will change this to Bella Italia (slightly better but unacceptable for a hen-do). With the restaurant already pre-paid we went along with it. The Saturday Night arrives and we take taxi's to the Bella Italia that was stated in the itinerary to find out it was CLOSED and the actual reservation was a 30 minute drive away! This resulted to us having to take taxi's back to our hotel and spend £130 on dominos (which no doubt will never be reimbursed).

The exciting bottomless brunch at Dirty Martini's arrives. We sit down and enjoy various cocktails, excited for the food to arrive to be told by Dirty Martini that they had not received our pre-order and therefore can only give us what was remaining in the kitchen. We had various Vegetarian and gluten free diners in the group that could not be catered for (this was no fault to the venue). Another let down by FANTASTIC WEEKENDS.

I will never EVER use or recommend this company and I urge you to find another provider.

This company should be renamed to "DISASTROUSWEEKENDS.COM"
