I paid for a ticket. They never sent one. Awkward when it comes to checking in. There arises the need to buy a second ticket, this second ticket was twice as expensive as what I had budgeted. You will arrive but only after paying three times more than what you originally intended. Not sure how I am going to get on with securing a refund. Time to read the reviews on that subject. Very stressful dealing with the firm that takes your money and leaves you thinking you have a ticket when in fact you don't.
