The phone call came through less than 24 hours after the accident occurred which is much sooner than expected and I already have been put in contact with physio to look at my injuries. I recently made an order and I forgot to change the delivery address and it defaulted to my billing address. I didn’t have high hopes but tried my luck contacting support and seeing if they could change the address to the correct one. Steph replied immediately and managed to change it for me straightaway as if it was no problem for her. Thank you so much Steph, I really appreciate your efforts to correct my own mistake. Xx
