Worst Wifi company ever

Worst Wifi ever. Never works even 1m away from the box. They are so rude.
Then they charge you for boosters. As one person this doesn’t add up? Why would the wifi box not work

We're very sorry to hear that you're having some issues with the Wi-Fi service, this ins't good and we can assure you it's not the level of service we aim to provide.

There are so many things that can influence a WiFi connection some of which include but are not limited to, a fish tank being in the same room, walls being built with concrete instead of brick, it could even be that your next-door neighbour’s router is interfering with yours. The Hub's location could also be causing the coverage problem, so we do need to check the positioning of it. Can you please ensure the following?

> Out in the open
> Next to the TV not behind it
> Away from large bodies of water (e.g., fish tanks)
> Away from baby monitors and cordless phones
> Away from microwaves

Think of the Hub as a radio, and WiFi as the sound - the further away you are from the radio, or the more obstacles that are in the way (walls, electronic devices etc.), the quieter the radio & the poorer the WiFi.

The WORST company ever

The WORST company ever - be absolutely careful if your order is delivered through them. I have spent 3 days contacting them for my item. First day, the driver decided not to make any deliveries. Second day the driver decided to return to the warehouse and not deliver my item. I then got a text (despite being home the whole time) saying I missed my delivery and they left a card. Which was an obvious cover up on their part. No one knocked at the door. No card was left.

Then, third attempt of receiving my parcel, I called parcelforce and spoke to the rudest gentleman who said he it’ll come when it comes and hung up on me.

I then got a message saying it was delivered and signed by some random name, several hours before I was told it was due.

This company will steal your items, be completely rude to you & waste your time.

Not happy with their service! Brought a product and it looked like it had been kicked around a warehouse so disappointed as I waited months for it to be in stock!
