Customer service was great. Asked a bunch of questions and got detailed helpful answers. Shipping from Sweden to US was super fast. Ordered on Friday and received order on Tuesday by DHL. Customer Service sent an email explaining what to expect when you receive a new down jacket which arrives in a compressed form. Very helpful and professional. Quality products which I am looking forward to using!
