The studios are cold and not heated

The studios are cold and not heated. Thus has been reported weeks ago and has this been sorted? Can’t do yoga in the cold!!

We would like to assure you that we are reviewing feedback and will ensure this is addressed in club. Temperatures/air con in our gyms are automatically regulated by Smart machines, but if there is a persistent issue staff may be able to override it and can certainly report it to be checked by engineers. I’ve mentioned before that the mirrors…

I’ve mentioned before that the mirrors in the large studio are broken and are not clean. Also, in my opinion, it is much better to see the sky than these blacked out windows.

Hi have happily rejoined after being…membership

Hi have happily rejoined after being member for many years pre COVID.
Was speaking to a gym member I know who also rejoined and wondered if you can reduce to £22.99 which is what I paid pre COVID and they pay now for goodwill. Thanks Tina

We want to provide our members with a safe space in which they can get a great workout in and do so, in a clean and friendly environment.

The price a member pays will depend on when they joined and what deal was offered at that time. This can not be altered and we can only offer what is advertised on the gyms web page.
