I am myus user for 20 years.

I am myus user for 20 years.
It went from best service of any kind to terrible India outsourced service, to a good but very very expensive service these days.
I just shipped apple tv 300 gram small bix to Europe and the cost was 50 usd.
Must say shopping in us with these shipping cost is not interesting anymore.

I am writing to express my disappointment with a recent experience I had while using platform. I had reached an agreement with a seller Francesco Frazzetto no 1993601315 for the purchase of a car, and we had settled on a price. In anticipation of this transaction, I arranged my travel to Germany and even purchased a ticket.

However, to my dismay, I was informed that the car had already been sold. This news was not only disappointing but also resulted in financial loss due to the non-refundable travel arrangements I had made. I have retained all the text message exchanges with the seller as proof of our agreement.

I am disheartened to realize that Auto Scout24 does not seem to offer any form of protection to buyers in such situations. I kindly request that you address this issue and consider implementing measures to safeguard the interests of buyers using your platform.

I see your reply below, you need to remove sellers who act like this from your platform. I wrote to you but you have not put any action against this seller! You need to ooen a case every time smtn like this haplens and remove the seller…

Have you signed a legally binding contract with the dealer? Did you make a deposit, as recommended and usual in such cases?
In this case, we recommend strongly to take legal actions.

If not, please give us a hint, how should we check and ensure the availability of hundreds of thousands of vehicles of private sellers and car dealerships?

I regret to say that my experience with…

I regret to say that my experience with this service has been below average and unreliable. While they did manage to register my company, numerous issues arose down the road, leading me to strongly discourage others from using their services.

In summary, their customer service team seems to lack a fundamental understanding of their roles. Although they respond promptly, each email comes from a different, inexperienced staff member—a pattern reminiscent of Amazon seller support. Moreover, their registered agent service failed to handle my correspondence related to IRS ITIN under my name. They do not receive stuff for some reason, I contacted with IRS and was confirmed that they did send my ITIN to my Doolla RA and it was returned! To make matters worse, after my subscription ended, I received no notification, and they suspended my account without warning.

The inconsistency continues: sometimes I receive one response in the morning and a different one in the afternoon. At one point, they informed me that my account had four months left before expiration, only to later contradict themselves.

Initially, I subscribed to this company because they promised a bank account for non-US citizens. Unfortunately, this arrangement was short-lived. After just a few months, they severed ties with Piermont Bank or some other entity.

Adding to the chaos, they inundate you with newsletters containing irrelevant information about stocks and investors. In summary, dealing with this service has been nothing short of a complete mess. If you choose to use their services, be prepared to constantly remind them or double-check their actions

So I need to add they are not responding anymore to my emails on where is my ITIN! So terrible! This was so important for my company.

Also a big red flag was their asking for a review on trustpilot before even get any of my things finished several times! So all these 5star reviews are possibly fake. I advice trustpilot to find a way to assess if the reviews are given after the completion or at the start of the service as involved services take months to be completely finished and only then you get a real idea of their service like their Registered agent service in my case…

This is a real review my order with Doola is Invoice #CEDF274F-0001 renewal after using their services for one year.

This is a fake company

This is a fake company. They Hired me on Upwork. I worked for a full week and not being paid. They are trying to buy prohibited class UBC materials at some impossible prices.

I just started on Upwork

I just started on Upwork. The place is crowded with fake employers trying to get the advantage of you, or not hiring anyone etc. Most jobs are not real jobs with so many startups who do not know what they actually need and want to pay you some small amount for some seriously complicated jobs... Takes so much time and effort to find a decent client.
freeup.net was much better for me as I landed some very serious clients there much faster.

To summarize I ended working a full week for a fake company and they did not pay me anything. They even write a dispute against me to recover some 50 us I charged for a full week. In this dispute, they said some crazy accusation I really can not believe that I blackmailed them etc, all in order to recover this 50 usd... I have reported this client for fake accusations end even submitted proves that the client is laying but Upwork did not take any actions against the client saying:

"Should the client further reports of their claim against your account, be sure the team will investigate and request reference accordingly as well."

Basically looks like clients have superior treatment here at Upwork. Something like this would not happen at freeup.net for sure...

If you are starting from 0 and want to…

If you are starting from 0 and want to be a freelancer this is a great place to start. It took me two-three months to get a first client, to set up an account, pass the interview and figure out what to concentrate on. I have found a great long term client here. Watching dally jobs listings, you easily figure out what is hot on the market. Hourly rates might be slight lower compared to Upwork on average but you can find also higher payed jobs.
Customer service on freeup is the best I know existing today...

Procedures to start receiving money are…

Procedures to start receiving money are frustrating. It takes more than 7 days for each milestone example utility bill verification, card activation, card to be shipped, account to be added. Overall procedure took days so far and I am still pending... It is just too much effort ant time. I still wait a reply from customer service about my enqueries sent 10 days ago. It is a unique terrible customer service response time and service on the market. If you take that this is about your primary cash source if you live as a freelancer, you will get my point. Just cant believe that bad service like this still exist today! You could easily get to your pension untill you set up your account at payoneer...:)
