Very small gym

Very small gym, even with 2 floors. Barely space on peak times and few machines missing. Cleaning stand hasn't been refilled in ages and some out of service machines have been that way for couple of weeks now

Hi there - Thanks for taking the time to leave this review, we always appreciate and take on board member feedback.

We always aim to provide a broad spread of kit to cater to a range of fitness needs and meet demand as it changes through the day, getting the balance right between weights and cardio, but if you have any other/specific suggestions please approach the Gym Manager or leave a note in the feedback box, which is regularly reviewed.

We fully understand the importance of supplies being available to members and staff and this will be dealt with.

Avoid at all cost

Avoid at all cost, very rude customer service, when you want to cancel the staff talk to you like you owe them something and have no problem to hang up on you when you are not happy with how the company is abusive and complaint about the service. We were overcharged on the first bill and wanted to cancel as I was still on time, and I should have. I regret going with this company that does not even invest in protecting their clients data with all the millions they steal from them.

WORST COMPANY EVER

WORST COMPANY EVER, their system is completely messy, they can never find a service or contract although you have the post code because their system only recoinages one of them, don't expect them to let you know when a bill has not been paid, for any reason, they will accumulate the amount and then sell it, this is a company of thieves. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. Don't bother to try to solve the issue at the end they will say that there's nothing they can do. They will screw your credit history, they won't notify you about it but they will tell you that there's nothing they can do and that is my job to check that, their only job is get money from you, sometimes more than they should which means you have to call them to refund you, there's never signal and abroad is the worst. Make yourself a favour and choose a different company

worst credit service EVER

worst credit service EVER, after paying the full amount they still charge almost 10£ per month even if you have not used it. not helpful at all and does not help your credit score. if you want them to take your money like they are the smartest ones in the world, then go ahead. if you are a hard working person and rather give that money to charity or enjoy it, then DO NOT GET A CREDIT CARD WITH THIS THIEFS
